Mr. Koo, our senior partner is a Commissioner for Oaths as well as a Notary Public. If you require a Commissioner for Oaths or a Notary Public in downtown Kuala Lumpur to witness your statutory declaration, authenticate your documents, or otherwise act as a witness of certain documents, do give us a call and drop by our office. Our doors are always open (during office hours, of course).
